Ginger Wonder Syrup!
This stuff is a versatile ginger syrup with honey. For a quick-fix you can take 1 teaspoon straight, just like medicine! This enhances and soothes digestion and even reduces nausea during pregnancy! I like to use this when I have an upset stomach or minor cramps. My OBGYN even told me that they highly recommend this to their pregnant patients! You can also add this to sparkling water to make your own Ginger Ale or hot tea for a soothing refreshment. Or you can drizzle this over pancakes or ice cream! There are many more uses that you can research, but I wanted to throw it out there for all of you who experience awful menstrual cycles like I do or who regularly get sore stomachs!
